1. Services
Chelsea Knight Media provides graphic design, branding, print, digital design, content creation, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed upon in writing before work commences — typically via a project proposal or brief confirmation.

2. Quotes and fees
All quotes are provided in Australian dollars (AUD) and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quoted prices are based on the agreed project scope. Any changes to scope, additional revisions, or work outside the original brief may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files

• Payment is accepted via bank transfer (EFT)

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue

Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to an approved concept. Significant changes in direction or scope after approval may be treated as a new project stage and billed accordingly.

5. Intellectual property
All original design work created by Chelsea Knight Media remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client. Chelsea Knight Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate briefs, content, and feedback in a timely manner

• Ensuring they hold the rights to any materials supplied (images, text, logos)

• Reviewing and approving proofs before final production or delivery

Chelsea Knight Media is not liable for errors in final files that were approved by the client.

7. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at the agreed rate and is payable within 14 days.

8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, briefs, and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfil the project (e.g. a print supplier).

9. Limitation of liability
Chelsea Knight Media's liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
